PS: Because the hotel replied my comments. I appreciate this attitude a lot to do follow-up. I edited the review to 4-star. That star deduced is not for the hotel. Just Hong Kong is too small and rooms are really small.

Room is very nice with clean. As club member and staying at the club floor, I enjoyed the lounge and the late check-out!

We loved the arrangement provided by Hotel Jen to accommodate our requirements stated during reservation, such as specific room number. And they even remember that we need 2 extra bottled water during our previous visits and get the bottles readying in our room before we check in.
We loved their room which is non carpet, wooden floor. It makes us feel homed instead of other hotels. Especially my partner is allergic to the dusts trapped in carpet floor. Highly recommended to other travellers who have got the same concern.
However the only problem we have faced every time is the shower head that keeps leaking water out from the pipe.
There is free shuttle bus service, but I was not aware at arrival. The hotel is located next to HKU metro station, and tram stations very convenient. This time I got upgraded to higher floor with excellent ocean view. There is a very interesting local guide map showing the local interesting point. And there is sea front park good for jogging.
