The hotel is quiet and comfortable. We had a hill view room with a balcony serving our 21 days quarantine. The bed was hard enough, water pressure was strong. The furnishing was very basic but good enough. The bathroom was renovated so it was much newer compared with the room itself. Food was better than average. Juice and coffee for breakfast and you would always get a fruit for lunch. Cleaning care kit they provided in the room was well thought of. The little surprises they do to make your quarantine stay more tolerable was indeed a nice gesture. Ms Anissa Chan in reservations was very helpful during our initial process of reserving the room. The other staff were also very helpful. Anytime we dialed 0 operator for information or things we needed were immediately taken care of.
Spacious hotel ,earlier I stayed in some other hotel room in suite , compared to that here just city view room standard has same room space, have kettle , fridge and all needed things in sufficient quantities . Food is good and loved it
Best and friendly hotel and I really give high recommendations to opt this hotel for quarantine. Worth the money and food is good. NINA HOTEL keeps on surprise us, they given a beautiful plant, #ninalife and it's good initiative and it keeps guest happy and I felt like someone was there with me and I named my plant as nina ❤️ as remembernace.

Stayed recently for a three-week quarantine. The staff did everything they could to make the stay comfortable, food provided was surprisingly good, and the room size and large windows helped keep me from going stir crazy
