St. Regis team was very attentive and thoughtful from the moment my booking is made. Their concierge and butler team offered my family a drink at the bar while our room is being prepared (with surprise for our anniversary celebration).
The dim sum at Run are truly refined, so as its semi buffet breakfast. The Drawing Room has to the good vibe for couple to enjoy dinner there.
We stayed during the weekdays and was able to enjoy the entire pool area to ourselves after breakfast.
Overall an excellent choice if you’d like to pamper yourself and your loved one. I’d love to go back soon!
One of the best hotels in the world.
Staff all learn you by name and make everything possible, Really like the Bar Lounge and the decor by Andre Fu. The only thing I could say could be improved is getting a cab. It can be hard some times.
I had a most scrumptious lunch at Rùn. The traditional dishes feature a delectable, unique and remarkable touch. The dim sum dishes are very delicate and delicious, giving a feeling of Chinese royalty. Service is attentive. The hotel design is modern but grand. A most pleasant experience.
The modern interior design of St Regis is renowned in town. Finally got to have a stay here during birthday and we were offered complimentary champagne. Good trip!
Reserved a night to celebrate my birthday and booked through room reservation, however, there is no special arrangement prior my arrival, the front desk officer didn’t even noticed it was my birthday upon check-in. Was in high expectation on this five-star luxury hotel but turns out the service was quite disappointing.
