it's a new hotel n completely new to me, as haven't been there for 3 years...
quite a very nice waterfront hotel , good for enjoying the whole Victoria Harbour at this splendid n luxurious 5 stars hotel...lots of comfortable sofa at the lobby n quite an elegant open air coffee bars, foods n drinks provided at the same time u can enjoy the sunbath as well, if u like!
I am writing to express my appreciation for your excellent service and wonderful staff. Room was clean and tidy. We stayed 1 night and which was a prefect experience that we enjoyed the peace and quiet we needed. Especially want to say thanks to Ellie for the excellent check-in service, she was so attentive in details. She suggested us to upgrade our room with the Club Lounge privilege, which I enjoyed the most. The club lounge has a lovely view of the island and has great food put on for breakfast. We will highly recommend Kerry hotel to our friends.

We had the double 11 deal including dinner and breakfast. Overall a great experience. Staff was attentive and friendly. My partner and I checked in at different times and the front desk lady knew exactly which booking mine was before checking my ID. The same lady checked me out and remembered my name before going through the system. The small things :) Room was also clean, and we were given some desserts to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you for the awesome stay!
The only comments I could think of is related to the breakfast and the pool.
Some of my colleagues and I were not told at check-in that the dinner and breakfast would be at different locations. So in the morning we headed to the 3/F to find that it was empty, and that it only served breakfast on Sundays. We had to go down to the lobby to ask, before finally heading to 8/F for the breakfast. Suggestion here would be to have a sign on 3/F for something along the lines of "for Monday through Saturdays, please head to 8/F for breakfast".
About the pool, we were just a little bummed that the pool was only opened 9-6 and we were here for a conference for those exact hours. It would be nice to have access to the pool for slightly extended hours, like in the morning before breakfast, say 6-8pm, and/or before dinner, say 6-7pm.
Other than those minor suggestions for improvements, it really was a great stay and I hope you keep the service up :)
