This is definitely a hidden gem in the city center. A busy yet quiet peripheral. Smell of the lobby already gave a good impression, friendliness of staff added on to it. The room is of decent size and setting with kitchen and needed utensils and kichenware. Room service was speedy and efficient. The only thing is the TV especially on the phone mirroring, not as easy but a nice feature. Pleasant stay overall.
A very beautiful hotel in the heart of the city.
The lobby on the second floor is spacious and classy. The western style of design would make you feel you're in a western country.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Though they don't have sea views, those on the upper floors also enjoy the beautiful view of the city and Victoria Park.
My mom and I stated here for our 14 day mandatory quarantine from the government and we are so happy we ended up finding this place! The staff were very friendly and the concierge was very quick with any requests - water, towels, bringing delivered items up to our rooms, they even helped me move an exercise bike to my room as well as bring it back downstairs! Room was good size, with a desk, sofa, coffee table, as well as the best part - a small kitchenette, fully equipped with a hob and utensils, and a big fridge! Wifi was also fast and reliable too. Highly recommend for anyone visitors looking for a convenient place as well as those looking for a place for a longer-term stay in the Causeway Bay area!
Stayed here since quarantine and for a few more weeks after and I couldnt have asked for a better stay. Nice room (I stayed in the Grand Luxe Room) which had a proper desk so it made a good environment to work. There are two types of Grand Luxe Rooms, I found the one with the desk on the opposite side of the sofa much more suitable for me and for working purpose. Great people, and Joey, Kevin, Emily were especially so kind and helpful at the reception not to mention everyone at the concierge who I would like to thank for always being so welcoming. Highly recommend, it’s a great place to stay at the heart of causeway bay
