Absolutely terrible service over the phone. I called up asking for a request, but the lady that answered the phone abruptly puts the phone down on me in the middle of my request! Then i am assuming she returned just to hang up on me! I called back annoyed to ask her why do you have to be so rude? She has no answers. Does not even apologize. I tried to request them for additional service as i wanted to surprise a friend. She eventually said sure we will take care of it! But guess what happens? NOTHING. I'm not sure why the hotel has employed such a rude staff. Please look into it. This was on Sunday afternoon on 21/3/2021.
A Ms mentioned they could not contact with customer directly as I originally wanna get amandment of my booking, and $ is actually not a problem to me... AgodX couldnt do it, and hotel could not do it. Really Sucks.
Clean and good room size with balcony. Highly recommended.
Just saw the lobby. Simply decorated, clean and empty.
Lovely staff here. Lovely modern hotel rooms with hairdryer, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo and shower gel. Really enjoyed the stay there and would stay again.
