Came for a special occasion to celebrate. The quality of the room and staff was outstanding. Spacious bathroom, and interior was well maintained. Very satisfied with my stay here.

Only thing that bothered me was the "city view room room" that had a view of nothing but the office building across the street.
Pool, hot tub, and gym were really nice.

We booked the one bedroom suite with the take all the credit staycation deal. Suite is spacious and clean. They offered little extras as we were celebrating a birthday. We used the credit for spa treatments and access to Langham Club for afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Only small negative is the lack of views because of its location even though we are on 14th floor.
Its location is at the core of TST. It is super handy for shopping or going to MTR train station.
Made the booking with the understanding that this is a luxury hotel, however the check in experience was abysmal. Picture attached is the line for check in... Any respectable "five star" hotel surely should manage such an easy process efficiently...
