We loved the service, location and lovely decor. It is a great hotel to stay in if you want to be in the heart of the city. A perfect little break away from routine!
What I love about this property is the restaurant choices which will keep any guest full for the entire day. Well, you will need that energy because going around Hong Kong, while extremely fun, can be exhausting! The Pottinger Hong Kong is quite accessible to a lot of sights.
It’s luxury restaurant The envoy, in the 5-star hotel, they have the bloody unexpectable rules that don’t provide take away just told us when almost 6pm;
i respect some special rules, but not tell last min. The ugly non-alcoholic drink after charge over 100 hkd plus service fee even after my requested for their recommendation of anyone but nice presentation.
We arrived at 5:25, pushed to leave as the drinks served at 5:49.
Whey they reminded us to leave and said they don’t provide even one paper cup, they said sorry but obviously, they are not really felt that just kicked us out, it’s on my bday and lunar new year in 2021.
If some can’t provide proper service then don’t charge ppl. I won’t never enter that freaking restaurant, envoy is the first one that should close forever!
Room is small as expected because the hotel is in CBD, but dirty duvet cover was not! especially from a 5 star hotel. Hotels in Macau would never be managed like this.
