I recently finished my mandatory 14 day quarantine at Ovolo and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very kind and attentive, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. They provided coloring books, gym equipment, christmas tree kit, daily happy hour and many other things to help me stay sane during my time! The room itself was also very clean and stylish.
Highly recommend staying here.

First weekend I arrived, I asked to change rooms and never heard any reply. I found the follow up at time, lacking.

I stayed at Ovolo Central for the mandatory 14 day quarantine period in HK. Everything was absolutely superb. The staff are incredibly attentive and will help you with anything - they ensured the stay was as comfortable as possible. The room itself was wonderful too - very modern, bright and clean. It had everything I needed and more. The staff even sent up some workout equipment! I would love to stay at Ovolo again and I can recommend it to anyone reading this, whether for quarantine or for a normal stay!
