We stayed at this hotel for the CNY vacation. The room was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and the spatial arrangements were well made. Good quality of food (we had our dinner and breakfast here). I guess the hotel was nearly fully booked, so we avoided the crowd by checking in late and leaving early. Nice experience.
Booked “We Miss Thailand” package for a special occasion, for a room with sea views, half board, and massage. We were checked in professionally, were allocated a nice room. Had a great Thai massage done by Thai masseuses. Dinner at their top floor Cruise restaurant is a superb experience. Menu served with some great Thai dishes, view over the harbour to Kowloon side, professional and kind staff. A true memorable culinary experience. After a good night rest we enjoyed an fine and wide spread Western and Asian breakfast at Farm House restaurant. Unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by a room assignment incident by a manager lacking human communication skills
Stayed here for a night for my friend’s birthday. Upon check in , a bag of goodies was given to her :p
In general, everything was good. Room was clean and service was good.

Generally good customer service, nice rooms with sea views over the harbour. Only two stars as the walls are too thin (might as well be made of paper), I can hear people speaking in the room next door - this would be fine but early morning and late night I need my sleep. No point staying at a hotel if it’s not possible to sleep!!
