Exceptional stay for our Wedding!
The staff at the Upper House went absolutely above & beyond to make our stay perfect. They knew ahead of time we would be staying for a few days during which we'd be getting married - when we arrived there was a tray of beautiful desserts and a lovely gift with a handwritten note wishing us a happy wedding.
The note and gift alone would have been enough to make me feel like the staff really cared, but what really blew me away was that on the day of our wedding, with all the chaos and commotion of getting ready and to the ceremony on time, I forgot to bring my medication. We were already celebrating and enjoying dinner with friends by the time I realized this. My husband offered to go to the hotel but I thought it'd be terrible for either of us to have to miss a chunk of our wedding day so I called UH. They had someone from the hotel search our room, find my medication and deliver it to us at dinner. It really saved our day and I'm very thankful for it!
Mojo Nomad is a really good choice for both short and long stay periods. Considering that you are in HK, the space, tidiness and service you are offered are fair priced. I chose Mojo because of the spacious and clean common areas and the kitchen, but most importantly, you get to know more interesting nomads like you!
I have travelled to Hong Kong on 12 different occasions and stayed for two to three weeks each time. I stayed at the Mira each time. The rooms were well furnished and well maintained. I fully enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day before I left for work. It is located down the block from both a 7-Eleven and a Marks and Spencer food store, so I could buy the small things you always need. And it was connected to the Mira Mall, a fine place to wander around. By walking down Nathan, I would run into at least two large malls - The One and iSquare. And the walk down to Harbour City and the Star Ferry was quite short. The MTR stop was only two blocks away. Great location and great hotel. And the staff were wonderful, helpful and always accommodating.
I'm retiring soon and will not be travelling to Hong Kong again. I will miss staying at the Mira. My best wishes to the hotel and its staff.
We stayed at this hotel for the CNY vacation. The room was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and the spatial arrangements were well made. Good quality of food (we had our dinner and breakfast here). I guess the hotel was nearly fully booked, so we avoided the crowd by checking in late and leaving early. Nice experience.
This is a great hostel, no doubt. Location is good, price is fair, and the beds are comfortable. Location is easily spotted from the street unlike many other hostels and guesthouses in HK.

quite a very nice waterfront hotel , good for enjoying the whole Victoria Harbour at this splendid n luxurious 5 stars hotel...lots of comfortable sofa at the lobby n quite an elegant open air coffee bars, foods n drinks provided at the same time u can enjoy the sunbath as well, if u like!
It’s a comfortable place for everyone to relax during the holiday. The price is reasonable and suitable to book here held a party or gathering. Very Nice!
Although not big, this cute boutique hotel has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean bedding & bathroom. Excellent location in the heart of Tsimshatsui. Lots of design elements in lobby, lifts & other common areas. Free coffee & tea, magazines, computer & comfortable seats in lounge area. Only small complaint is bad soundproofing where you will be easily disturbed if have noisy neighbours. Other than that, all is good!
Great location with easy access to the MTR and light rail. Room is great and filled with sockets so getting charged is not a problem at all. The only thing that I feel missing from the room is a mini fridge.
From the front desk to the housekeeping ending with security staffs , they are so so nice , friendly and helpful !! They make you feel like home, take care of your needs - knows your preference. Right in the middle of wanchai and time square. If You like a little stroll to get to where you want, this is a prefect location. Out the hotel , turn right to time square and left to wanchai. We love this location and of course the staffs there!
The hotel is quiet and comfortable. We had a hill view room with a balcony serving our 21 days quarantine. The bed was hard enough, water pressure was strong. The furnishing was very basic but good enough. The bathroom was renovated so it was much newer compared with the room itself. Food was better than average. Juice and coffee for breakfast and you would always get a fruit for lunch. Cleaning care kit they provided in the room was well thought of. The little surprises they do to make your quarantine stay more tolerable was indeed a nice gesture. Ms Anissa Chan in reservations was very helpful during our initial process of reserving the room. The other staff were also very helpful. Anytime we dialed 0 operator for information or things we needed were immediately taken care of.
