Worth for a stay
This is my favorite place to stay in Hoi An. I have stayed at many hotels and Pham Gia is by far the best. Its a family run business and they take exceptional care of their property. Its immaculate, well designed, and an overall fantastic experience. They have done small things to stand out, like the candle with mild oil that is burning when you enter the room. Its perfect for a great ambiance without being too noticeable. The spare toilet paper rolls have tasteful coverings. The furniture is well made and in pristine condition. Breakfast is great and the pool is well maintained. I have nothing bad to say and will be staying again when I return to Hoi An next week.

Only a few minutes walk to the Hoi An’s old town .
Nice family! Easy to go to the beach with their bikes through small roads and the paddy fields not far behind.

We stayed here 15 years ago, but looking at these pictures and reviews, it hasn't really changed. Just a lovely, lovely place. Our stay here in Hoi-An was the happiest part of our SE-Asia tour.
The family of ours of 4 stayed for eight nights. The location is perfect simple cycle to the beach as well as to the old quarter. The staff made us feel very pleasant, the breakfast were exceptional, rooms were usually clean and they have been a fantastic size for us. Pool was additionally a great size and clean. We are going to be returned! Thanks for everything!
Nice hotel. Reception / breakfast area seems a bit dark if you enter the first time, but the rooms are clear and spacious enough.
Breakfast is a-la-carte and you need to choose day before. Choices are limited to pancakes, toast or noodle soup, a juice and coffee or tea. Complimentary fruit salad makes it OK.
Staff is friendly, but due to (poor) door quality it’s quite noisy, also coming from reception area, when staff starts their work day around 7 AM. During night time it’s very quiet.
Hotel is just on the back side of the main pedestrian area and old town and therefore very conveniently located.

Highly recommended for its location close to Hoi An Ancient Town and Hoi An Night Market. Hotel staff are extremely hospitable and friendly - it feels like staying with family and home-cooked breakfast every morning.
The best! Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and free bike rental. The hosts are so nice and helpful!
The rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. Rooms are new but there are some insects inside. Staffs and lady boss were so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was simple but nice. A couple of restaurants, massage and spa, convenient shops within walking distance. There are free bicycles that you can borrow to cycle to the ancient town, An Bang Beach, rice fields or surrounding areas. From the map I thought the homestay was within easy walking distance into the ancient town but it was about a 15 minutes bicycle ride away.
We booked last minute for our family of 6. It was amazing service from all the staff. All very friendly and happy to help. The rooms are all new and the showers are great. Beds are massive and comfy and the rooms are large. The pool on the roof top is nice and has views of the city. The breakfast service was good and had a fair selection of food and drink. As the hotel is 2 months old it is very clean and everything works well. We would stay again.
We came during Covid so there is almost no guess, only us and another couple. But the hotel still welcomed us the best they could. We appreciate very much. They serve us breakfast with warm bread, hot soup which was lovely.
The room is spacious. The bed is big. The decor is cozy and calm with lots of attention to details.
Just a minus because of the shower with slow water in our room. Hope you can fix for guess comfort.

Perfect hotel! I would recommend for the long-day vacation. The hotel service is perfect, the hotel owner is so kind and enthusiasm, they offer me everything I want to know about the Hoi An's tourist attractions. They also picked me up directly at the Da Nang International Airport. The food here is so delicious, especially Cao Lau. The room is clean and the interior is exquisite. That proves that the owner has invested so much to increase the hotel's quality. The toilet is quite luxury and beautiful although the shower head is quite difficulty used. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is quite far from the old town. But no problem, they are generous and lend me a bike. The bike is very nice and perfect, I can choose any bike I want.
It is worth it to spend a week to go to Hoi An, to stay at this hotel!

This hotel is so amzing to me. I had visit here about 2 time but it's never make me disappoited!
The room is really clean and had a really beautiful view to the river. The sevice is really nice! If you need some help, the receptionist are always help you. The spa is good too! It will make you feel comfortable after spa. The oly way i can say to breakfast is woderful! The food was so good! But the only make me not happy much is room. The room getting older day by day! because the room is not good like the frist time is stay. I hope it gona fixed at the third time i visit!
Sitting in a Vietnamese restaurant in NY thinking about Lavini ❤ best experience in Vietnam! Cant wait to go back here! Miss this place so much! All the food here is out of the world!!
This place was a great value. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed. It was pretty cool to have an outdoor bathroom as well. I soaked in the outdoor tub and just chilled and listened to the urban sounds around me. The breakfast was good. The staff was amazing and very attentive. They helped with some packages that were delivered to me from local vendors. They also called Grab taxi and motorbikes for me. The pool is lovely and the tiny bar is nice if you want a cocktail. The location is walkable to old town for shopping, dining, drinks, people watching. I would recommend to singles or couples and would gladly stay there on return visit.
