We stayed here 15 years ago, but looking at these pictures and reviews, it hasn't really changed. Just a lovely, lovely place. Our stay here in Hoi-An was the happiest part of our SE-Asia tour.
This is my favorite place to stay in Hoi An. I have stayed at many hotels and Pham Gia is by far the best. Its a family run business and they take exceptional care of their property. Its immaculate, well designed, and an overall fantastic experience. They have done small things to stand out, like the candle with mild oil that is burning when you enter the room. Its perfect for a great ambiance without being too noticeable. The spare toilet paper rolls have tasteful coverings. The furniture is well made and in pristine condition. Breakfast is great and the pool is well maintained. I have nothing bad to say and will be staying again when I return to Hoi An next week.
Nice hotel. Reception / breakfast area seems a bit dark if you enter the first time, but the rooms are clear and spacious enough.
Breakfast is a-la-carte and you need to choose day before. Choices are limited to pancakes, toast or noodle soup, a juice and coffee or tea. Complimentary fruit salad makes it OK.
Staff is friendly, but due to (poor) door quality it’s quite noisy, also coming from reception area, when staff starts their work day around 7 AM. During night time it’s very quiet.
Hotel is just on the back side of the main pedestrian area and old town and therefore very conveniently located.
Highly recommended for its location close to Hoi An Ancient Town and Hoi An Night Market. Hotel staff are extremely hospitable and friendly - it feels like staying with family and home-cooked breakfast every morning.
The best! Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and free bike rental. The hosts are so nice and helpful!
Nice family! Easy to go to the beach with their bikes through small roads and the paddy fields not far behind.

This hotel is so amzing to me. I had visit here about 2 time but it's never make me disappoited!
The room is really clean and had a really beautiful view to the river. The sevice is really nice! If you need some help, the receptionist are always help you. The spa is good too! It will make you feel comfortable after spa. The oly way i can say to breakfast is woderful! The food was so good! But the only make me not happy much is room. The room getting older day by day! because the room is not good like the frist time is stay. I hope it gona fixed at the third time i visit!
Such a lovely hotel. A beautiful building, comfortable rooms and, best of all...amazingly helpful staff. They really go out of the way to help us with every aspect of our trip. There is a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym and once travel gets back to normal a fabulous spa. It's also in a fabulous location very close to the old town, market and many great cafes, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.
Best hotel in my Vietnam trip so far. The room is clean, calm and big. Just a few minutes walk from the accommodation to the old town. The point is the owner and staff are lovely. Will definitely go back!
The family of ours of 4 stayed for eight nights. The location is perfect simple cycle to the beach as well as to the old quarter. The staff made us feel very pleasant, the breakfast were exceptional, rooms were usually clean and they have been a fantastic size for us. Pool was additionally a great size and clean. We are going to be returned! Thanks for everything!
Probably the most warming and friendly service in my travel experiences that I will not find such in a five star chain hotel. Dora, Jolie and the female crews working at the front desk and restaurant are very warm, lovely and kind. Room are spacious and clean with a balcony. Conveniently located to the old town (5 minutes walk). Decent food quality and variety at breakfast. I’d definitely stay at the same hotel again. Thank you Dora Jolie and another nice female crew who I carelessly forgot to ask for her name to thank her.
Very comfortable and affordable homestay. Owners are lovely. Breakfast was tasty. Location is just across the bridge from chaotic old town market, so you're far enough that it's quiet but close enough you can walk there in just a few minutes. Would definitely stay again if I ever return to Hoi An (which isn't very likely, it's like a tourist trap masquerading as a city, but worth visiting once).

A quiet peaceful place to stay. The hotel room was huge and spotlessly clean. The room fridge was stocked with water and some beers. We had 2 small balconies over the beautiful pool area. The room was cool, with fans or aircon. A bath and plenty of hot water just had to turn on 10minutes before needing. The staff were absolutely lovely and the breakfast area very serene, and a nice way to start the day with plenty of choice on the menu, breakfast was good. We liked staying out of bustling Hoi An, yet only around 10minutes walk across the bridge to be in heart of everything.
There is no need to look any further, this has it all. We stayed for eight days in November, 2019. Location was terrific, the old town and markets just across the bridge, 5 minutes walk. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were delightful and efficient. Thun (AKA Wally for English speakers) was very helpful at all times. The bathroom alone makes it worthwhile (we stayed beside the pool at ground level) but everything was clean and tidy, king bed, huge room. We will stay there next time without hesitation
