Nice hotel. We stayed for 4 nights as a couple.
Breakfast was good, but got a bit repetitive. I don't think the egg station lady understood english very well. We asked for 2 portion of scrambled eggs. First, we got a fried egg, then, an omelette, then another omelette. Finally, I approached another member of staff to let her know what I wanted and got my scrambled egg.
Rooms were clean, bathroom could have done with a refresh. Our bed wasn't that comfortable and squeaked every time we moved. We should have said something, but as we had already moved rooms as we wanted a bathtub, we were reluctant to make a fuss.
Front desk staff, Yuri and team were awesome. Always smiling and ready to provide first class customer service. We asked for late check out, but due to someone coming into our room, they could only accommodate us until 1.30pm, which was fine. Gave us an excuse to use the spa. The girls were exceptional. I had Lai give me a deep tissue massage, she was fantastic.
Great location. Price, food and accommodations were good and staff was delightful. A great start to a fabulous stay in Hoi An.
Nice room, nothing fancy. 'Garden view' is a bit of a stretch. I didn't read the reviews on Google before so didn't realise their beach is actually 2km away. Staff are super friendly and they have free bikes for rent which was great because the old town is an easy 30min cycle away. It would have been nice to wake up and walk right to the beach but for the price it was great.
Very nice clean and comfortable hotel at a good price. Staff extremely helpful and happy to practice their English with you.

A lovely hotel. Great rooms, excellent location with easy beach and town access. Quiet at night. Outstanding, exeptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially Sarah at the front desk
