The hotel was booked through Agoda and due to a Covid outbreak, I had to cancel the day before. Policy entitled them to charge 100% of the booking, but when I reached out to them to explain, they promptly reversed the charges.
It is very rare to find this level of understanding and empathy. For that I will definitely return and as this kind of behaviour should be championed and rewarded.

We loved this hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk from the old town so it’s a little bit quieter, but it is really first class. The staff was so welcoming, wonderful and very helpful when we had questions. The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean. While the breakfast bar is not large, they have a very nice variety of food and the quality of everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for 4 nights over Tet and fell in love with the hotel and staff. Helen is so kind and gives great tips of what to see and do around Hoi An. The hotel itself is adorable, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the pool is nice to chill at if the weather is nice. Additionally, I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings - it features a nice mixture of brunch foods from both the east and the west. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Hoi An. Highly highly recommend
