We came during Covid so there is almost no guess, only us and another couple. But the hotel still welcomed us the best they could. We appreciate very much. They serve us breakfast with warm bread, hot soup which was lovely.
The room is spacious. The bed is big. The decor is cozy and calm with lots of attention to details.
Just a minus because of the shower with slow water in our room. Hope you can fix for guess comfort.

Pretty good stay here. Seems like a new hotel and needs some refinement. The rooms (Junior suite) were huge but also pretty empty, could have used the space a bit more efficiently. They were clean however and the bed was extremely large. The breakfast was excellent and lots of choices. For some reason the juice is served in little bottles and only half full? Just leave some bottles out so we can serve ourselves! The hotel was also pretty full but they handled it well and the ambience was good. The position was okay, it was a bit of a walk into town. There was a shuttle but it only left once an hour, they could do more trips into town. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. They offered us a free dinner which we didn't take them up on because the menu seemed very strange, especially with so much good food in town!
We had the absolute best stay at Anio and were sad to leave. Vin and everyone who works at Anio were so lovely, and made our stay extremely special. The breakfast was so tasty, and the chef even thoughtfully prepared a vegetarian meal for me. I couldn’t recommend Anio enough, really fantastic!!! Thank you again!
Great hospitality
This is one of the best boutique hotel in Hoi An. You get what you paid for. Spacious, newly decorated room with brand new equipment (their tv has netflix).
All of the staff is the representative of the hospitality spirit, always welcoming and smile alot :)))
Definitely come back for another stay.
