This is my favorite place to stay in Hoi An. I have stayed at many hotels and Pham Gia is by far the best. Its a family run business and they take exceptional care of their property. Its immaculate, well designed, and an overall fantastic experience. They have done small things to stand out, like the candle with mild oil that is burning when you enter the room. Its perfect for a great ambiance without being too noticeable. The spare toilet paper rolls have tasteful coverings. The furniture is well made and in pristine condition. Breakfast is great and the pool is well maintained. I have nothing bad to say and will be staying again when I return to Hoi An next week.

Everything was absolutely amazing. By far the best hotel we've stayed in after months of traveling around East Asia! The family are wonderful, sooo kind and accomodating, and the rooms/hotel itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! We were only supposed to be staying for 2 nights but after we checked in and saw the room and met the family, we changed our booking to 5 nights..and I'm so glad that we did! Our requests were all met very promptly, for example we requested a top floor room and as soon as it became available they offered to move us there which was great because we had the whole floor to ourselves (including a roof terrace). On the first day the people in the room next door were playing loud music and we were exhausted from a long travel, when we asked the owner to tell them to be quiet she did it straight away and the music stopped instantly...seriously can't fault this place! They seem to genuinely care about their guests, always making sure we were okay, and they helped with our bike rental, motorbike rental and arranged our bus to Hue for us. 100% recommend staying here, the location is perfect (close to the old town but far enough to not hear the noise etc) and there's plenty of shops and cafes around the area all within walking distance. Thank you for everything!!
Very lovely, super clean and comfortable. You are greeted with "welcome home" and you feel at home. We spent New Year's Eve there and all guests were invited to a homecooked traditional dinner free of charge. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you!
