The staff and hotel made our stay in Hoi An very enjoyable. No effort was spared to make us welcome. Comfortable and clean with a good restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and located where you can see the interesting river traffic. Hoi An is our favourite place in Vietnam.
Superb location on a very quiet riverside lane, sparse traffic, beautiful views, level walking to old Hoi An.
The staff, without exception are fabulous, engaging, helpful, which made us feel genuinely cared about.
Lovely terrace in front of the hotel, perfect for enjoying drinks from the bar, they have very good value regular prices but their 3-7pm 2 for 1 happy hour are excellent value. They also do not overcharge for their mini bar prices.
We had a top floor suite, huge comfy bed, no single use plastics in bathroom, lovely river views from the balcony
Shuttle bus to old town and beach is complementary.
Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel, a thoroughly enjoyable stay (7 nights) and we were sad to leave
Wonderful stay with a friend. Sally the ops manager remembered our names which was lovely and as someone who struggles to remember names I was very impressed. We chose a room with a Riverside view and balcony and it was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. All the staff we had contact with from front of house to housekeeping were lovely. The pool was beautiful and warm. Breakfast was tasty. Thank you all in all a fantastic stay!
Hotel location is very near to old town .

Don’t take a lunch in hotel restaurant!
Staffs English is poor for order. My wife order doesn’t come out ！ One Australian women guest also wait her order 50 min.
By the way hotel is good for short term
This hotel is an absolute gem. A beautiful building with a tasteful calming lobby which instantly puts you at ease when you walk in from the street. The staff are delightful and friendly, no request is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ours had a view over the river where we could see the fishing boats passing by and the hills in the distance. The pool is a treat, especially after a hot day wandering around the streets of Hoi An. Would definitely return if we visit the area again.
