Perfect hotel! I would recommend for the long-day vacation. The hotel service is perfect, the hotel owner is so kind and enthusiasm, they offer me everything I want to know about the Hoi An's tourist attractions. They also picked me up directly at the Da Nang International Airport. The food here is so delicious, especially Cao Lau. The room is clean and the interior is exquisite. That proves that the owner has invested so much to increase the hotel's quality. The toilet is quite luxury and beautiful although the shower head is quite difficulty used. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is quite far from the old town. But no problem, they are generous and lend me a bike. The bike is very nice and perfect, I can choose any bike I want.
It is worth it to spend a week to go to Hoi An, to stay at this hotel!
We had a marvelous stay at Discovery Villa. Everything exceeded our expectations, from our spacious room to the quality of the breakfast. There is a nice pool in which to relax after a day of sightseeing. Ample bicycles are also available for exploring the town. The staff are very friendly and were always more than willing to assist with booking a trip or suggestions.
Spotlessly clean hotel, really nice layout. Its great having breakfast right by the pool. The hotel is near the rice fields so easy to take a ride through anytime you want. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable, and the owners are very kind. They even made us a special lunch to eat for Tet with some of the other guests. Wonderful experience, highly recommended!
We stayed in a lot of fancy hotels so this charming but aged villa with very clean rooms was a welcoming change for us. Felt like staying with an aunt, with a bit of mess in the lobby to add character to the stay. And we loved wearing their comfy slippers upon entry, leaving our shoes out like the traditional Vietnamese do. Breakfast was delicious in a home cooked way. Neighborhood is cute as heck and away from the crowds in Old Town which we highly recommend if you rent a bike or scooter like we did. Exploring the rice fields around the area was unforgettable. Hoi An is as cute as they say and this villa fit the bill perfectly for what we were looking for.
We did not feel welcome and the Staff was not very friendly.
Be careful: They offer you Bikes, which you can use for free and they tell you that you do not need a locker and that they dont have any - one of ours got stolen and we had a lot of trouble: they wanted us to pay 200 USD for an extremely old Bike without brakes, they were shouting at us and they wanted to Report us to the Vietnam police. We left earlier after this incident
