Nice hotel. Reception / breakfast area seems a bit dark if you enter the first time, but the rooms are clear and spacious enough.
Breakfast is a-la-carte and you need to choose day before. Choices are limited to pancakes, toast or noodle soup, a juice and coffee or tea. Complimentary fruit salad makes it OK.
Staff is friendly, but due to (poor) door quality it’s quite noisy, also coming from reception area, when staff starts their work day around 7 AM. During night time it’s very quiet.
Hotel is just on the back side of the main pedestrian area and old town and therefore very conveniently located.
Okay but not great. The staff were friendly and the rooms have a unique design that can be appreciated. They tack on a 3% charge to your room if you pay with credit card, so try to pay in cash on online. Our biggest concern with this hotel is that there's no safe/security lock box in the rooms. They had construction happening in the rooms on either side of us so there was a lot of traffic and noise on the floor, we were kind of concerned about our belongings with a whole bunch of construction workers coming and going and the cleaners leaving the room doors open to clean. The hotel rooms themselves are cute and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was super disappointing, it had been sitting out for hours with no heating elements. The coffee was just a luke warm pot sitting on the counter. We often to eat breakfast somewhere else the second day.
Jasmine and the staff looked after us well in Hoi An. Great location, nice room, killer breakfast, free bike rentals to the beach. They even hooked us up with driver to the airport when the airline lost our luggage. Highly recommended.
This place is great, ecentric coffee tree decor, cool rooftop with a pool. Right in the heart of it all, but not overly touristy. Staff go above and beyond, just really good, lovely people.
Sparkling clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! We loved our stay here!
