Best hotel in my Vietnam trip so far. The room is clean, calm and big. Just a few minutes walk from the accommodation to the old town. The point is the owner and staff are lovely. Will definitely go back!
This is the best hotel stay in whole Vietnam I am not kidding. The ladies are amazing from the check in to housekeeping and the chef. When we arrived we were greeted by a smiley friendly receptionist who swiftly checked us in and took to our room. The room was beautiful, very clean, crisp white linen and a spotless shiny bathroom. The room has great facilities, kettle, iron and ironing board, safe, umbrella and complementary daily water. I really appreciated that the bathroom has refillable shampoo and shower gel bottles, to reduce the plastic waste and pollution.
The breakfast was delicious, you can choose 2 dishes from the menu for example eggs and bread with butter and pancake, also you get fresh fruit and 2 drinks of your choice, juice and coffee (SHOCK CONTENT coffee was real and had crema, its rate for Vietnam ;))). I would strongly recommend trying passion fruit juice, it was absolutely amazing.
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers free bicycle hire, we just took the bikes and went around town, it was easy and safe. The hotel is well located and only 10 minute walk to the main streets and river. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, the staff and the owner are gems, so friendly, sincere and polite. I would not hesitate to book there again and stay longer next time. Thank you
Best stay in Vietnam thus far. The place is conveniently located 5 minutes from Old Town just enough time be quiet at night. The owner and staff makes you feel at home and are very friendly. They also provide great food and drinks. I found that Hoa the owner went above and beyond by helping us find a private driver that was cheaper than grab. I would recommend Square Villa 10 out of 10 times!
Me and my girlfriend have been to Hoi An for an entire week and we just couldn't get enough from this hotel.
We started with 1 night, to see if we like it and ended up asking for more.
The hotel was fully booked so we had to spend a night at another place, and then come back (Twice!) And it was worth it!!
The staff are so nice and friendly, doing above ans beyond to help us.
The rooms are beautiful, big and clean.
Location is great and close to everything.
Stop searching for another place, just book it as long as it available.

Best stay we had in Vietnam. It was clean. The breakfast was good. They had many options. Hoa, the lady boss was very attentive to our needs. Thank you Van for welcoming us. The location was very good as well. The place is close to ancient old town and Night Market. Bicycles were provided. Thank you for the amazing stay.
