There is no need to look any further, this has it all. We stayed for eight days in November, 2019. Location was terrific, the old town and markets just across the bridge, 5 minutes walk. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were delightful and efficient. Thun (AKA Wally for English speakers) was very helpful at all times. The bathroom alone makes it worthwhile (we stayed beside the pool at ground level) but everything was clean and tidy, king bed, huge room. We will stay there next time without hesitation
Really clean, spacious rooms. Pool is lovely and clean. Check in girl and owner are really friendly and accommodating. Thought breakfast was at 6:30. Owner woke up and made me coffee even though breakfast wasn’t until 11. Great breakfast. Would definitely come back here again!
We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great time! Staff were friendly and very helpful! Room was spacious and clean! Breakfast was tasty with good options (one small thing is that it would have been nice to have a wholewheat or brown bread option for bread instead of only a baguette but this seems to be the norm in Vietnam)! The neighbouring surroundings was not too great (lots of old dilapidated houses) but that didn't hinder our stay at all. 10 minute walk across the bridge to the old town so location was great too! Would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly and helpful staff, they speak excellent English, plus free bikes and swimming pool. It's a 5 minute walk from the old city and really quiet at night
