Probably the most warming and friendly service in my travel experiences that I will not find such in a five star chain hotel. Dora, Jolie and the female crews working at the front desk and restaurant are very warm, lovely and kind. Room are spacious and clean with a balcony. Conveniently located to the old town (5 minutes walk). Decent food quality and variety at breakfast. I’d definitely stay at the same hotel again. Thank you Dora Jolie and another nice female crew who I carelessly forgot to ask for her name to thank her.
A lovely hotel which is worthy of a higher star rating. Reception, bar and dining staff all very lovely and helpful. Most spoke English well. Very clean and large rooms, comfy bed, beautiful fittings and excellent bathroom. Handy location. Wish we could have stayed longer. On my birthday, reception staff sang Happy Birthday to me, gave me a delicious cake and a bunch of flowers. Highly recommend.

The Hotel has a high potential. The rooms have a nice flare - I like this style of for example the „old tiling“.
They should combine the „old“ style with some more modern furniture and colors - so it would make it much better.
The room was clean which is a plus.
The staff was friendly which is a plus.
Breakfast was also ok.
But some points have much more potential - see the pictures.
Location is good..just few minutes from the old quarters. Staff is very friendly and helpful..Maya and Brownie were both superb. A good hotel to stay in.
