The place is surprisingly good, yet hidden between 2 shops with only unnoticeable sign. It is well equipped with classical themed furnitures (even the elevator is covered in wood frames). The breakfast is abundant yet taste is not comparable to famous food carts around the city. There are spa, pools, billard table and everything is clean and nice. The receptionists and porter are friendly and caring. The laundry price is astronomically high so you should call for outside laundry service (pick up and return at door within the day is affordable - around 1 dollar/kilo).
We absolutely loved this place. The service was impeccable from the moment our taxi stopped on the road outside the hotel, right up until our taxi picked us up. We had a room overlooking one of the pools which was stunning. Huge bed, big room, large bathroom with its own sauna. Fresh fruit on arrival. The grounds are stunning and just feels like you have stepped into a luxury oasis. Highly recommended.

Fabulous hidden oasis a few hundred metres from the ancient centre of Hoi An.
The hotel grounds is in a lovely garden setting with two swimming pools and wonderfully designed entry.
The rooms are superb with detailed finishes one rarely finds in Vietnamese hotels. The rooms are very comfortable with unique design touches which tastefully incorporate the character of Hoi An.
It's definitely not just another hotel room.
But the best part is the staff: very friendly and proactively engaging. They are genuinely in doing what they can to enhance your stay. The housekeeping is timely and unobtrusive. Ms. An the customer relations captain is fabulous: cheerful and extremely helpful with whatever request or question you out to her.
Very impressed with this hotel property. We will be back and bringing family and friends with us.

What a wonderful stay we had while honeymooning! Gorgeous room in a peaceful setting. Close to activities and nightlife. They even have bikes you can easily ride around town. Plus, the staff was top notch! Stella and Nguyen went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Fabulous staff, great food, lovely stay — thank you!!
