Just spent a relaxing nine nights at Le Pavillion Hoi An Boutique Hotel and Spa. The buffet breakfast was Great because it always had tropical fresh fruit (as well as all the other various breakfast and local Vietnamese food).
The rooms were very clean, extremely clean in fact.
And the location was perfect because it’s about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town or you can take the free shuttle bus.. the paddyfields are about two minutes walk in front of the hotel (which I love going to for my morning walks). The local beach, An Bang is about 15minutes drive away on the free shuttle bus as well so that’s various things to do.
Great hotel with exceptional staff. The hotel is in a great location and everything with 20 or so of walking distance. The room beautifully decorated and as stated, the staffs are helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good, but a little bland from what we were used to coming from Ho Chi Minh. I really enjoyed the assortment of fruits everyday, especially the passion fruits. My one complaint is the design flaw in the bathroom. The tub should be up against the wall so that when we are showing the excessive water doesn’t run down The extra space between the tub and the wall down to the floor. There is a drain on the floor and fresh towels are plenty, but it really is a flaw with all the water dripping down. Perhaps change the shower head? I don’t know. That’s the only thing that I can think of that was a drawback.
I spent 2 days at Le Pavillon Hoi An and got actually a wonderful experience here. The staff is really helpful and they really put their heart into their job. Even though gym is not included in the price but they supported us doing gym in another hotel's branch which is 100m around.
Tidy hotel, nice pool but by the street, nice staff, good breakfast.
Shower leak through the bathroom. Toilet had replacement seat that didn’t fit and moved.
Most expensive laundry service we came across in Vietnam!!!! We misunderstood the system and got a fright at cost. Beware!!! Don’t used laundry service.
The place was a great resting stop while on a fast paced trip thru Vietnam. The staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful ..
