This hotel isn't 4 star. The noise from the road, surrounding environment and other rooms is terrible. There is no way there is soundproofing and to make it worse the windows are not double glazed, crazy considering in D1. The plumbing was noisy and the water warm, not hot. In two years of travelling in Vietnam this is worse hotel I've stayed in. The attitude of the owner, was 'tough, don't like move.' Didn't accept any of the shortcomings. The hotel is non smoking, but people smoke in the rooms. If staying in D1 pick a quality hotel or regret it. On a plus, staff are very friendly and beds comfortable. The pool is fine, the gym a joke. No idea about breakfast left as soon as I could!
Comfortable, large rooms, such peaceful grounds lined with cafe's and tennis courts in the rear. I really love it and come back again!
Location is ok. Room, funitures are new, good. BUT: our room has terrible sound proof, can hear clearly what people chatting in the next room.
