No door man . No greeting by receptionist . Just a " please fill up medical form" .
Understand covid situation but cutting all staff and have no service nor basic hospitality sens and pretend to remain 5 stars ....cannot...
Pullman Saigon Centre, Ho Chi Minh City, 2019 (Day 3)
On our final day in Saigon, we opted for a luxurious retreat; we managed to book a room in Pullman Saigon Centre for a 30% discount. We had no idea how AMAZING that stay in Pullman was going to be; one of the best rooms I've stayed in, and the best buffet breakfast I've ever had.
Upon arrival, we were served welcome drinks; not too sweet, exotic in flavour, it was really refreshing. This was a fruity tasting drink I've only ever tried in Vietnam.
When we entered our room, we were PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at how much effort they took in decorating our room! It was our first wedding anniversary, and the décor was gorgeous!

The staff personally came in to congratulate us. It was such a lovely vibe.
The room was impressive! We pretty much had a 180 degree view of Saigon city, and being at the corner lot, it was really spacious. This was our first luxurious experience together.
The Bath-Tub experience was lovely. The complimentary red wine we received in our prior stay was put to use here (we strictly don't drink alcohol). With the waters tinged with a lovely red with accompanying rose petals, the bath was so fragrant.
The buffet breakfast array was incredibly varied. From freshly blended juices and various types of cheeses, to smoothies and even fresh coconut being opened there and then for guests, it was the best buffet I've ever had.
Michelle and I have such fond memories in Pullman Saigon Centre, that we will want to return again.. COVID will have to end in time. Vietnam, we are coming again for sure!
Front desk staffs: ignored guest when I checked in. I was told to seat and wait but after they finish other tasks and free, they keep chaating and standing, ignoring me waiting, I have to move to Manager desk and told her I have Accor Gold and ahe helped me with check in. Thank you Ms Tram. Tea break for executive room was told from 2-4pm but when I came at 1:30, restaurant staff told me tea break was from 11-2pm and gave a 3-courr menu!
Great experience. Spacious room, excellent service, good amenities, great breakfast, and happy hours cocktails at lobby and rooftop bars.
