Our stay was very relaxing and Landmark 81 never fails to satisfy us. We stayed at 62nd floor with Club pearl privileges. We enjoyed the cocktail drinks! The food that was served can be better if more food variety and serving were given at the Club Pearl lounge. The room was again spotless and we felt the luxury through its very stylish with high quality room fixtures and classy design. I believe they have the largest bath tub among all 5-star hotels in the city with an elegant look. We love the scent of the guest floor hallways including our room, smells fresh every time we enter. We will surely come back.
We booked for a 1 king size bed, but there was a mistake in the check in so they gave us 2-bed room, but the procedure to change the room for us was fast, only in an hour.
The staffs were professionally trained in service and hospitality, we were always been greeted with a smile.
However, the facilities might be a bit troublesome with less instructions in the bathroom, and the bath faucet switch was broken so we cannot use the shower in the bath. And the TV only have few channels.
The pool was a bit crowded since it was Saturday so we didn't have a chance to dip in.
Overall, the trip was great, we were overwhelmed by the staffs' friendliness and the view of the room.
P/S: thanks for the midnight snack and cleaning, we very appreciate that.

about access card, during the date changing; there has some mistake that makes us have to consult lobby again.
but those thing didn't influence my experience. Still feel nice to be there
