I had higher expectations for this hotel based on previous reviews. It was average in my opinion but the location is great for those who are interested in visiting the Ben Thanh market. Hotel staff were courteous. I'm almost positive there is a not-your-common "massage" place next door.
Staffs were very helpful and nice.
Location is perfect, easy to travel to anywhere.

I always stay near Nguyen Hue Street. This time, I stayed at this hotel with good reviews of the hotel. Good location. Good staff. Room is not large but clean and good. We had dinner while watching the outside scenery. Many kinds of breakfast dishes are delicious. It became one of the hotels I wanted to use again.
Stayed at 11/11/2020 with very bad experience. Not worthy at all. No hot water, unprofessional staff, dirty and dark... The hotel is under renovation and they don't inform guest in advance.
Such a nice hotel come with nice Indochine decoration style, new equipment. All thing new. Staff so helpful and friendly. Next to hotel you can find famous beer craft East West Brewing, and more coffee shop + restaurant around. Location is perfectly.
My family and me will be back again for sure for next Christmas holiday.
