Holiday Inn Saigon opened at 2019 that are quite new hotel and facility are so nice. I am quarantine 14 days now but still feel comfortable for living at room.
There are great services when I have any feedback their response very quickly. This time I live in the One-Bedroom King suite with Kitchenette that furniture(Lining room and bedroom all have TV connect to internet) are new and smart. I appreciate their coffee taste well and WIFI I use at 11F are very fast.
This hotel is recommended.
Amazing place to stay, despite the price range, the room, service & staffs were fantastic. And their manager, Catherine was very accommodating & they serve one of the best coffee brand in Vietnam. The room itself is very comforting with apple green coloured theme, great lighting, working station & smart TV with decent channels for foreigners. Highly recommended.

I am currently staying at this hotel and i cannot praise this place more. Firstly its beautifully designed, fresh and welcoming, everything is spotless and the room is spot on. Sound silly but possibly the softest towels i have ever used, and when you pretty much spend half the month in hotel rooms you appreciate things like this. The pool, Bar, lobby and business lounge are fantastic and the restaurant serves some fantastic local dishes.
Now the staff..... oh my god, they are fantastic. this is a four star hotel with 5* service. They cannot be more helpful without being invasive.One evening me and my colleague had difficulty getting a taxi due to Friday night traffic and nothing else. Not only did the staff go above and beyond get us a taxi, I was approached the next day by the assistant manager Catherine who offered her sincere apologies for this, even though it was completely out of their control. anything we want we get and i have been made to feel like royalty.
Also Simon in the restaurant is an absolute dream.Not only did he offer first class service, he is the sweetest guy who not only helped me with directions and timings for my next meeting, he got the head of the Hotels IT to come and look after my laptop which i was having trouble with. Thanks you Simon
Could not praise this place more and we will most definitely be using this again on our business trip
during the stay of my husband quarantine, he received a very mean service from the receptionist, even when I was there to check out for my husband. The receptionist was having a very bad attitude with me when I came in.
I stayed here during 2 weeks mandatory quarantine. The quarantine itself is not pleasant and is challenging but the hotel and its staff have been excellent.
