Honestly not a 5 star hotel. The decor is nice and theres a giant clock in the lobby/check in area, however the staff i felt like were always just trying to make an extra buck. As i booked a residence, i was escorted to my room and given a room tour of the place. When attempting to tip the porter (tipping is not common in Vietnam) the check in staff informed be that the VND 500.000 was the lowest bill, which is not actually the case as it is the highest bill. I was going to just give the porter a decent tip considering how much they make in the country but after they tried to trick me, i gave them a lower tip. My room came with breakfast which is buffet style downstairs, not a bad selection of western items. During my stay, the reception would ask what room i am staying in to confirm if i was a guest. Honestly the hotel itself is not bad, however the staff made my stay uncomfortable. For the price i would look at other "5-Star" Hotels in the area. A good thing about the hotel is that it is centrally located.
This is probably the most luxurious hotel in Vietnam. So gaudy and over the top that it actually looks good.
The most beautiful city hotel I have stayed at. It’s slightly ostentatious and quite unexpected Contras with its surroundings and well situated.
This is hotel with most luxury materials for finishing what ever I saw! Marble used in public spaces are hi class. All pieces for decoration are excellent in terms of quality and design. Very clean in all hotel, very good position, nice restaurants and facilities. Staff high quality and very helpful. They make you feel very comfortable Rooms are big enough, AC silent and working very good. My room is 36 floor and view is spectacular. Quality price is huge advantage for guests. 5 star is not enough!!! Don't miss this hotel!!!
