Great place to stay for a family of 4. We stayed at Unit 4.41 and it had all the amenities - 2 queen size beds, kitchenette, a mini tv lounge and dining. The building is well kept and clean. I will recommend this place any day. Thank you Min.
This review started out at 4 stars, but with time has dropped. I would give zero stars if it were an option.
It's just like any other apartment in Vietnam. But the noise from other apartments is really annoying here, and the front desk staff are not very helpful. I would rather live in a small family-owned building.
Update: 3 weeks here and the internet has gone out for extended periods on 3 occasions. Just about the worst internet reliability I've experienced in Asia.
2nd update: I bought a very nice bicycle and want to park it somewhere safe and lock it to something, but they won't let me lock it to anything secure, or take my perfectly clean bike to my room until I can get out of this horrible building. I've gone from slight displeasure to full on hatred of this place.
The best residential stay we have ever had. Very neat. Complete facilities. Amazing.
It nice location easy to go every location, food around the place quite far. but downstair will have 7 /11 store and family mart.the place has swiming pool and good view to see and you could the firework from district 2 and 1
