We booked this hotel through agoda. We arrived at noon and they told us that there was no room available. Their reason is we chose Pay at the hotel option so that they did not take any cent from us, they dont have the responsibility to keep the room for us. Terrible service. Their excuses are wrong, we booked hotel with Pay at the hotel option many times but never experience this before.
Great location for D1, and only a 1 min WALK to Ben Thanh Market. There are plenty of supermarkets around so getting food/drinks for your stay are not an issue. The room was clean and tidy, with the basic necessities. The manager was great, she has good communication and will help with anything you need.

Terrible. Better find another hotel with professional staff. I use Agoda to book hotels very often, I am a Platinum member. I booked as usual and I notified through Agoda that I would arrive late at night, at about 23h. Sometimes Agoda requires you to pay the room to book it, but in this case Agoda told me I would have to pay at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist told me I hadn't confirmed my booking and I hadn't paid for the room, so he had canceled my booking. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. At 23h I had to book another hotel to sleep that night. Worst service ever. Shame on Cabana hotel.
