Reviews from visitors:
In a quiet alley, just of Le Loi, which means it's silent at night, yet there's a host of eateries and cafes around you. Well maintained rooms with a table and small kitchen were just what we needed. Need more space? Move up to the airy roof terrace with their reasonably priced beer. The hostess is very nice and knows a lot about the facilities in the surrounding area.
Great place. Centrally located. Next to the city park.
Great place for short to medium stays.
I stay at so many hotels and to be fair this fits into the memorably wonderful category. The staff are so attentive and happy to help and the hotel is super comfy . . . . For the price. . . . Nothing but amazing.
Good work Christina!
This place is no longer called "Christina's lofts by the park". We found it on Airbnb and after 3 weeks staying here, the host/manager has not decided what to call, "Haven- Lofts by the park" or "Hosfen".
Pros: the place is lovely, in a hidden alley at the central of district 1. The price is reasonable for what they offered. The room has a kitchen, tiny fridge with mini bar, a nice bathroom, a desk and a sofa. The bed is separated in a beautiful upstairs area with a wardrobe and some drawers. On the rooftop, there are washing machines and dryers for in-house guests to use, a relaxed area. Cleaning service was provided as well. Enough space for a motorbike parking downstairs. Free drinking water although it was put in the common area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: the WiFi is super unstable. If you need to work online, you may have troubles here. The rule of not using washing machines and dryers before 9am and after 9pm seems like no one follow, so we have to hear all noises, chair movings, etc. any time as we are on the 4th floor. The sliding doors to get natural light at the back are not sealed so our room smells of food from others cooking, everyday at meal time, like we are cooking it! And we found mosquitoes in our room for the first few days. Since I use essential oils, they are gone. They have a kitchen but since the fridge is super tiny and full of cans they put in, there is zero space for you to store any fruit and veg, if you really want to cook and stay a bit longer.
