Excellent! Great staycation. Room spacious and comfortable. There is all you need to feel pampered. Receptionist and Sales was professional, attentive, smile and show concern toward us satisfaction at all time. Highly recommend and we will be back again.
The service from the staff at CityHouse Saigon serviced apartment was amazing! I cannot say enough great things about them and the service they provided me with. I am quite blown away by their professionalism. I definitely will stay with them again. Thank you again to the staff for their patience and making everything first class.
The first thing to say: “Customer service is wonderful”. In check-in time, the receptionist told our room is upgraded because afraid of noise from a construction. The enthusiasm and prompt support that make us satisfied. The second, this building is just Opening so all the furniture is new. In additional, the design and utility is nice, too
The staff is extremely friendly, considerate, attentive and quick to check in.
