Nice quaint little hotel. Good service. Would stay again. A bit off the main area but ok.
It was a really good stay. Staff was attentive and room was spacious and comfortable. We got a free upgrade due to our anniversary and that was a great surprise that helped us to enjoy even more the trip. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with one of the best Pho soup of the entire trip.
I'd give it w 3.5. good staff, nice boutique vibe. Just wish it had a gym. Rooms are clean and nicely laid out. For the price very good!
Absolutely great experience, it's very close to many traditional and also Western food options, Starbucks is right around the corner but you won't even need it, breakfast lunch and dinner on the top floor are superb, providing both Vietnamese and Western favorites. The beds is incredibly comfortable, rooms get very well air-conditioned, and the shower is big and has very hot water. The staff is so friendly and courteous, I cannot stress that more. Last but not least, the lobby is absolutely gorgeous, I could be in colonial France for all I know, and the book theme is prominent throughout the hotel. I will not go to another hotel but this one whenever I am in Vietnam!
