Very disappointed!
Rooms conditions are very bad, no WiFi & TV in rooms. They don't have breakfast menu. Only they give bread, high salted dahal curry & sambal for free breakfast. They don't properly wash plates & plates are already broken. At the time we were there, there was no any chef in the kitchen. Manager was cooking in the kitchen for guests. If you try to point out a mistake they will try to talk back you and owner will suggest you to buy a deluxe room for a very high price. You can find very cheap good places nearby.

I was very disappointed with the customer care..because when we point out a mistake with the moring breakfast a guy so called brother in law of owner he talk back us very bad manner..things were escalated and going to start a fight also....as value customers we expect better ccustomers service
They give only small shampoo bottles. Doesn't provide any soap for rooms.
Very good place to stay when you go to downsouth. Nice pool , food , staff and accomodation was also excellent for the amount we pay.
