Horrible service and it wasn't worth the price we paid. Met with many complications such as AC was not working, no soap and sanitary was provided, even if we requested the staff was not taking it as serious. Property is not organized nor maintained properly. Think before you book the place
It's really lovely place, quite, calm & full with fresh air of the natural environment. Really good for family outing, office buddies outing.
Nice swimming pool. Really nice villas, friendly staff & also Good food. Fair price. Highly recommend. Love to go there again.

One star is just because I have to give a star to write this review. We had a very bad experience couple of days ago. We have booked the place for 2 nights but ended up staying only one night. Few things to mention
The resturant wasnt functioning and management never mentioned it when we booked the place.
There was no toileteries at all in the bathroom, not even a piece of soap.
No drinking water and no glasses in the room.
No proper room service, we had to go near the owners apartment and call them when ever we need something.
The following morning we went to the restaurant area to have bfast (which was included) and there was a power cut and they did not have a generator back up. We had to wait for about 20 to 30 min to get the very basic breakfast. And most annoying thing was the owners wife came to us and said " It's not my problem, it's Sri Lanka problem"
It was the most aweful stay we ever had and it ruined our family holiday as we had to find another place in a rush.
I will never recommend this place to anyone. These new owners need to learn how to run a hotel first.
