Highly recommend this place. Comfy clean rooms with beautiful garden. Walking distance from hikkaduwa beach. Excellent service. Owner, Manager and all other employees are very attentive and helpful all the time.
Fantastic villa ....we had an amazing weekend .... beautiful rooms and view .... super food , must try the seafood platter !.... the staff make it an extra special place from the excellent manageress down all the staff could not have been more helpful and obliging and did so with big bright smiles always ...

Nice place, ample parking and the staff is very helpful, especially the cooks. It's a a couple of minutes drive to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The bads - we stayed for 2 days and I did not see the pool getting cleaned.
There is no network coverage and WIFI did not work most of the time.
I'm grateful to have found this wonderful Asian Jewel restaurant. Such a unique and cozy place. The food was outstanding !!! The service was very attentive and had a wonderful evening. I could write more, but it's best to try it yourself. Highly recommend!
Fantastic boutique hotel, tucked away from the busier side of Hikkiduwa. The staff were amazing and attended to our every need, despite challenging Bio-bubble tourism rules the team went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. They even threw us a special breakfast to see us off before checking out. Thank you so much

Absolutely divine place. First of all, whenever you come to Riff, you are always welcomed by the nicest staff! Everything runs smoothly - the service is outstanding and so thoughtful.
The room we stayed in has the "Wow" factor - it feels so luxurious and has everything you may need for your stay. We loved the big windows and the balcony - the views are majestic! The bath overlooking the Indian Ocean was one of the best experiences. Besides that, the shower is amazing, and it felt like we slept on a cloud in the huge and comfy bed.
We stayed with a full board option and it was finger licking good! :) the set menu choice is really good, there are enough options to cater to anyone's taste. The cherry on the top was that we got it all delivered to our room.
Thanks again to the wonderful staff that made our stay so magnificent. We will be back.
It was one of the best hotels on our trip through Sri Lanka. Very new build with clean rooms, great view and just 5 minutes away from the turtle beach. The food is excellent as well, especially the fish is worth a try.
Newly-built, stylish accommodation on the outskirts of Hikkaduwa (perfect location in my eyes!). There's a nice sized pool with deck chairs and an awesome roof terrace with views out to sea. Dorm room I stayed in was fantastic - clean, very comfortable bed, good AC, secure lockers and probably the best shower I've ever used (seriously, the bathroom is 4-star hotel standard)! Front desk staff are super friendly - you'll be treated very well. Don't be put off by the fact it's beside the road, it's not disruptive. Highly recommended!
Really nice place with modern interior. It's really clean and fresh. The rooms are really nice with super fresh bathrooms. The whole place feels like a house and there are only a few rooms so it feels very cozy. Outside these is a grass area with sunbeds and a stair down to the beach. The staff is super helpful and nice. It's situated 2km from the most crowded part of the beach so it's good if you want it quiet.
It was such a nice and comfortable stay at Villa 46. Most friendly service and greatest hospitality ever experienced in Sri Lanka. The sea view was awesome. Can't forget the delicious dishes prepared and nicely arranged for us. Highly recommended
Great Hotel! Extraordinarily Clean! Has the calm of a private hotel and the service of established 5 star. Very close to all attractions including the beach. We extended our stay by 3 more nights as soon as we arrived.

Very luxury, beautiful and modern appartment with a super good equipped kitchen and very kind and caring hosts. We loved serene vista Bungalows and can only recommend it!
