Would have given 0 stars. Were swimming at the pool at night. Guard told us to go. We went to leave . While doing so he kicked us in the back. No apology what so ever.... That hotel is an actual threat. Please do not go there. Better alternatives everywhere.

Nice hotel. Food was good.

I recommend to choose your rooms very carefully. They have villas scattered throughout and there are those whose balconies overlook the football field. The reception staff is tricky and dodgy. SPA center is just a name. Non-working Jacuzzi and poorly heating saunas. In the district for a long time did not make repairs. Everything is cracking and pouring. The food is delicious, the sea is wonderful.

The rooms : The rooms were okay but basic with cheap MDF furniture and uncomfortable beds. the WiFi is spotty everywhere but the reception so WiFi in the room was unusable. The glasses in the room were not clean and the shower was grimy. The rooms were not very clean overall. However the rooms were well air-conditioned which was nice. The food : The food at the à la carte restaurant was good but very plain and there was a reasonable range of local dishes ( go into town for more Western food ). However their was a very limited selection of food at breakfast. The pool : The pool was good and the water was warm however it was a bit crowded. The hotel in general : The hotel smelt of sewage at certain times of the day and the hotel buildings and structures were old and poorly maintained which really made the hotel seem cheap and not very special. The location : the location was great. it was a 5 minute walk into town were there were several places to eat. The beach : The beach was good with plenty of deck chairs and ladders down into the designated swim area , the beach was a concrete beach and had a lifeguard on watch. Summary : The hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel however in actuality it was more like a mediocre 3 star hotel as their was no pool side drink service, the hotel over all was not very clean, the WiFi was essentially non functional, the food was plain and bland and the staff were not very courteous and were quite poorly manered. All of this really detracted from my experience and enjoyment of my stay and lead to my the two star rating.
