I visited the hotel for one night with my fiancée and we had extremely nice time. The hotel has a good location in the city, we had a nice walk near the ocean and some parks, the hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was professional and pleasant, answering every question, giving tip and guidance. The room was cozy and the bed so comfortable and big! Also, we liked the air conditioning and the accessories offered in the room. We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future, the sooner the better.
I arrived at Hotel Fabian around 6:30 in the morning in the middle of winter and the amazing staff helped out in an amazing way when my room I had booked was not ready yet and gave me a up graded room for the night that was available. The location is great and a short walk to everything, a nice walk to the Burton store. The rooms are spacious and very clean. If your travelling from Australia bring a couple of packets of Tim Tam's for the staff, they will appreciate the thought.
Thank you to the amazing staff and I am looking forward to staying with you again when these crazy times calm down, stay safe and take care.

This hotel is very well located in Helsinki and within walking distance of transport links and many restaurants and shops. The nearest tram stop (Eteläranta) is 100m from the hotels entrance with teams at regular intervals throughout the day.
The check-in was seamless and the staff were very courteous. The room was spacious, very clean and very quiet. The TV is the biggest I have seen in a hotel room. The mini bar had a good selection of items as well as ample space for my own drinks and snacks which was fantastic as this is a rarity in hotels nowadays.
I made a small request regarding breakfast and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic and the fruit in particular was very fresh and tasty.
The level of customer service I experienced at this hotel was truly world class. The staff care about the guests and they are a credit to this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Helsinki.

Family owned Lifestyle Hotel, tasty breakfast and one of the best cocktail bars (Bar Runar) in Helsinki. Location? a peaceful street a few steps away from the beautiful Esplanade Park. Highly recommend for explorers who want to support local family owned trendy Hotel.

Hotel Haven is a five star hotel near the market place and Esplanade Park. Harbour View rooms especially in high floors offer unique views ear in Helsinki. This hotel makes things work without customer even noticing. Any requests comfortably taken care of. There is a good feeling about the comfortableness and quality of service. Rooms are a bit small for five star hotel but are with good set of amenities. Breakfast is served in the old part of the hotel in old restaurant Sundmans with beautiful view to the harbour and 1800's atmosphere. Special dishes can be ordered from the kitchen and breakfast service has beautiful buffet setting, although with a bit limited selection. Tables are with nice distance from each other but the buffet area is a bit crowded. Overall this hotel offer peaceful and private setting for travellers.
It's been 20 years since the last visit as a hotel customer. If anything has changed, it's only for better! The hotel is absolutely great, the service just magnificent. There is no doubt, Kämp is the #1 hotel of all Finland.
I've stayed here twice, and I love this hotel. It has great decor and pleasant staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The balcony room I stayed in had a wonderful view of Helsinki too. The breakfast is also really good. Great, quiet location.
Very good hotel in the centre of Helsinki at good prices for a Nordic country. The room was amazing, good prepared and comfortable. The breakfast was various and very delicious!
Clean and peaceful. Super nice rooms, comfortable bed, loved the bathroom with bathtub. We had a balcony with view which was nice extra. Spa and massage was so relaxing and calming.
Exceptionally kind service. When I asked on Sunday breakfast for a newspaper lady at the reception gave me one spear one as they dont give them out due the corona situation. Little acts of kindness go far ❤️
The best hostel in Helsinki by far. The location is of course unbeatable, only 5min walk from the main train station and pubs, bars and restaurants as you leave the hostel. Despite this though it’s a calm, clean and comfortable hostel. You have all the kitchen necessities available, there’s a great lounge with books, movies, games and all the netflix you can handle. The rooms have sturdy bunk beds, between 6 and 8 beds I think in each room, lockable drawers (just bring your own lock), curtain for privacy and lights and power outlets at nearly every bed.

Very nice little hotel in the heart of Helsinki. No extra frills, just a hotel with good location. There is a possibility of noise since there are many bars just outside the hotel. If you need a office for a day they rent rooms for a day too. All in all a good clean little hotel.
Always enjoy this Art Deco hotel in the center of Helsinki. Nice rooms and wonderful design from 1920's. Was nice opening the window to my room on a nice cool evening in late July. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.
Spent 4 nights at this robot hotel as I prefer to call it, there is no reception, no human staff at all everything is automated makes the experience smooth, straightforward but less emotional with the lack of the human interactions
