Clean and peaceful. Super nice rooms, comfortable bed, loved the bathroom with bathtub. We had a balcony with view which was nice extra. Spa and massage was so relaxing and calming.
My favorite hotel in Helsinki! Well designed, premium amenities, delicious & reasonably priced room service, and a hearty breakfast. The spa and pool is amazing as well!

We wanted to "enjoy tea moments in the Wintergarden". My mood shifted straightaway as we were led to our table. There we were, in this beautiful winter garden, and we are seated at-what it looked like-an extra table, in a corner, in front of an open door, in front of the bar. I wonder why? There were no napkins or cutlery on it, whereas the rest of the tables in the "normal" area were nicely set. We booked the table in advance, and the place was quite empty anyway. Ok, we get our teas, and my husband's cup had a lipstick mark on it. These days it would be crucial to pay attention to serve everything in clean dishes. They served the food, which had not lived up to expectations. All in all we do not know what cost 36€/ person for this experience which left us hungry and disappointed. Two stars only because it is a nicely decorated winter garden, sadly we could not enjoy it whatsoever.
