Firstly the staff here are very welcoming and friendly.
The rooms are a bit hit and miss depending on whether you are in the new part or the old part of the hotel. The new section of the hotel is very new and modern with a comfortable bed, big TV, fast free WiFi and great bathroom. The bathroom has good lighting, good pressure in the shower which always appreciated so you don't have to dance under the shower head to get wet. There is even a TV in the mirror facing the toilet for those extended bathroom breaks (don't stay too long or you might find it difficult to stand up). The AC is good although i wish i could have a bit more control than 2C either side of the centrally set 23C as i like a cool room to sleep.
The breakfasts are amazing and actually probably the best of all the hotels i stay at. There is a wide variety of foods for all kinds of people whether you are vegi, vegan or a meat lover. There is also a cook station where they will make you eggs however you like.
The location is perfect for people who use public transport as it is right next to all the transport central station but also set back from the busy streets so it is quiet. There is a park to the side of the hotel which is nice for walks or runs. The whole of the city is accessible by foot if you like walking around and exploring.

Stayed 4 days but not a hotel you return to. We had the the room including the lounge. But very poor lounge . No chef worked at Sunday etc. Staff nice.
Tried two make reservation twice from hotels own booking system, it just did not work. Called directly to the hotel, call was forwarded and then the line was cut.
Called second time, line was cut immediately.
Clearly customers are not needed.
I was able to book easily a fab room from new Scandic Marski, situated right in the city centre. Will highly recommend that
