I visited the hotel for one night with my fiancée and we had extremely nice time. The hotel has a good location in the city, we had a nice walk near the ocean and some parks, the hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was professional and pleasant, answering every question, giving tip and guidance. The room was cozy and the bed so comfortable and big! Also, we liked the air conditioning and the accessories offered in the room. We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future, the sooner the better.
Lilla Roberts was fantastic from first to last. The location was very walkable and lovely and made it easy to get to my meetings, and it was well situated for stepping out in the evening or exploring town. The coffee was strong and very good (a must when you're especially jet-lagged) and the breakfast I enjoyed there was lovely. The room was spacious, well appointed, and the bed couldn't have been more comfortable. When I visited in July, they also had excellent black-out curtains that made sleeping easy even with the long daylight hours. The bathroom was also particularly outstanding (the heated floors are clutch in the winter) and the rain shower was a total blessing after so many hours in a plane. I already look forward to my next work trip Helsinki.

We stayed at this hotel for family holiday trip. The hotel has good location within historical centre and in vicinity of seaside and shopping area. At the check-in they offered to choose better room upon availability and this was perfect surprise gift for us. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast we found very tasty. Delicious salmon and local specialities including natural apple juice as well as black currant vitamin shots are worth to mention among others.
Lilla Roberts is an Art Deco style hotel and restaurant in a nice city view (i.e. not so great views) hotel. Nice and attentive personnel in the reception and bar, big airy rooms. Breakfast is served in their Krog Roba restaurant. There were some nice surprises like sea buckthorn juice shots. Allergies were handled after a bit of discussion with the personnel, service was slow. Restaurant was too full in the morning, it did not feel safe, too many tables too close to each other. Not so great acoustics, noise level was quite high. This is ok quality 4 star hotel but not a WOW experience.
