Very nice little hotel in the heart of Helsinki. No extra frills, just a hotel with good location. There is a possibility of noise since there are many bars just outside the hotel. If you need a office for a day they rent rooms for a day too. All in all a good clean little hotel.
Came here because we wanted some peace and quiet from the kids. We had the room that's slightly larger than the standard one. For the price, this is a great hotel for this location. I'd very much recommend this for tourists who want a reasonably priced home base at a very central location in Helsinki. To be sure, the price/quality is excellent. The room was comfortable and in a word, pleasant. I suppose it can get noisy on a Friday or a Saturday if your room is facing the street (ours was, but on a Sunday). The only downside for me was that the pillow was quite hard and had clearly seen better days.
Staff was rude. Cleaning person tried to open the door before I checked out and kept asking when I would leave. Internet was bad and went out a couple times. Building is kinda rundown, it's more of a hostel than a hotel
The location is very good. The staff is wonderful. Thoughtful services. Possibility to leave luggage in store after checkout is a great help. Many thanks!
