It was a wonderful experience. The people are friendly, they even had treats and a dog bowl ready us in our room for our pet, which we told them would be a 'maybe'. ( Our old girl couldn't make the trip, but she would have been happy). The breakfast was incredible and the service people were cherry and attentive.
Currently the best hotel in Helsinki. Look no further if you planning on staying in Helsinki. Take the room with tub and sauna. It is worth every euro and they have the most amazing breakfast in town.
Great experience! Would have been 5/5 if the receptionist we called could have advised us correctly about the HDMI availability in our room.
Excellent hotel if you are looking for relaxation. The Lapland theme is at the same time cheesy and wonderfully soothing. A special recommendation for the rooms which contain a private sauna. Definitely worth it!
