RIP-OFF!
Horrible experience!
We did not receive our door code via mail and had to call them at 10 p.m. - the guy on the phone kept saying that he’s going to send it to us right away via mail. We didn’t receive the code again and had to call again for being able to enter the hotel.
Long story short: This whole situation and 2 calls costed us more than 80 Euros phone fees and it wasn’t even our fault!!! This is unacceptable - we’re going to claim back our money.
Spent 4 nights at this robot hotel as I prefer to call it, there is no reception, no human staff at all everything is automated makes the experience smooth, straightforward but less emotional with the lack of the human interactions
Really depends on what you're looking for. For a budget traveller, perhaps a very good deal. But for anyone else who plans to stay for more than a day, with a family, I do not recommend it.
Not sure what to say... It's not a super cheap hotel but it's self service. The room was not clean and the light stopped working during our stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay at Omena hotel... Sorry to say. Find another place to stay.
Very convenient and just a short walking distance to all the nearby amenities.
