I don't have one complaint about this place, it was perfect in every way. This hotel was amazing in every aspect, from the unique architecture, to the amenities, the helpful employees that treat you like family. The complementary breakfast was 5 stars, they really go all out, the food was fresh and full of flavor. The bar at the hotel is open 24/7 and if you want to sit there all night and drink, they let you, they also serve lunch and dinner as well. If you need help getting around, they arrange a car for you, I've honestly never stayed at a better hotel than this one. It's exceeded my expectations on every level and for the price it doesn't even compare. When we go back to Cuba, we will definitely be booking La Reserva Vedado again. There are a few people who don't speak a lot of English but if they can't understand you they'll go get someone on the phone right away who can help with whatever you need or take you wherever you need to go. They really go above and beyond. Also there are plenty of places you can walk to for food and drinks as well. We can't wait to go back.
Probably the best place to stay in La Havana, just magic! the welcoming of the staff, the rooms, the place itself and the breakfast made us the happiest guests!
It s well located, more or less 10 minutes by taxi from all the city “must see/do”

Very lovely oasis in buzzing town. Large rooms, comfortable beds, patio and bar. Lovely english breakfast and very kind personnel. Well done!
Photos do not do this place justice! I have traveled quite a bit and to many places in the world and this is my favorite! I have never felt more at home than I did here! The customer service was beyond anything that I have experienced. My wife and I found ourselves caught in a hurricane and had to make adjustments to our plans during our stay and Susie and the team helped us to rearrange our trip so that we didn't have a single issue. Everything from the room to breakfast & lunch at the kitchen and drinks at the bar were wonderful. I cannot wait to come back!!! Be sure to ask about a restaurant called Gredos... it is the best kept secret in Havana!!
Excellent place to stay. Highest quality like a fine European hotel, which is quite unusual for Havana. Stayed in other hotels throughout Cuba and nothing compares to this. You won't be disappointed.
