can only recommend also for their rum tasting courses. phantastic view all over malecon and very fancy food
Packed with amazing artwork, plus great service and edibles. We really enjoyed our afternoon there.
I did not stay here only had lunch, First the menu was only in Spanish, so every dish was a translation, then most of the dishes I was interested in were not available, they had no salads, So I settled for a sandwich ( many were not available ) it was a lobster sandwich, it was bland the bread was not really fresh, the hotel presentation is awesome, the restaurant looks amazing, and the staff was friendly, ( that is why three stars ) but the food left a lot to be desired, plus they only allowed WiFi access to guests, they have brunch on the rooftop which would have great views of the ocean, but I’m afraid the food would keep me away
The Malecon 663 is a unique and wonderful hotel. The decor is a trip, a bit like Meow Wolf: colorful, playful, unpretentious contemporary art. The roof deck is awesome day and night. I don't think I'll forget watching the sunrise, or seeing an Afro-Cuban group perform there one night. The breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only real problem for us -- and it wouldn't be a problem for everybody -- is that staying here is like staying in the coolest college dorm ever. While it's great having parties on the roof when you're in the mood for them, it's not so great if you want to get to sleep. Also, the bed could have been more comfortable, and the shower needed a good scrubbing.
CLEARLY, by the number of pics I took, I love this hostel!! Disclaimer: I didn’t stay here. I have no idea what the rooms are like or the service but we hung there for a few hours and I loved it! The space is so inspiring. Art. Everywhere. The moment you walk in you feel as if you’re in a special experience. I wish I could have spent more time there but we left for dinner. They have a DJ on the rooftop patio and the view.... AMAZING! The walk up the stairs was interesting after a drink ☺️but I’m pretty sure the elevator shaft we walked by can get you there as well. The staff was friendly. And they sale local art in the lobby. It’s Cuba 2020. Definitely the future of Havana. Not sure when or if I’ll make it back to Cuba but if I do, this is my first stop. These pics won’t leave my phone.♥️♥️
