Reviews from visitors:
A hotel with an amazing history and a focal point in the development of Cuba into the country it is today with its unique leadership. The hotel is a little dated but this you can forgive because of the views. Castro used the hotel as a headquarters in the early days of his takeover. It is a centralised location and feels very secure. The city of Havana is truly breathtaking and offers the classical quintessential experience of colonial Spain. I really loved walking the streets and breathing in the music, the rum and the dancing feeling so alive while the heartbeat of Havana moves your soul!
I would recommend this location but go for the history rather than a high end hotel experience.
Excellent and very helpful the staff on the lobby renovated rooms, the hotel is not working at full but still doing some services like the breakfasts for the pandemic we passing on this world
One of the famous hotel in town. On the first floor, you can see a lot of important and historical events happen at the hotel
Awful experience! From 10pm to 2.45am waiting for service to get ready the rooms. It was ridiculous
We were trested rather unfriendly, but still professional. Some staff was good though but left not with a good sensation. Hotel decoratiin is very old communist style but view from top floor restaurant is fantastic.
